1. Remove a Knowledge Base Category
1. Click the ‘Settings’ tab from the left sidebar of the Knowledge Base page. Once done, click the Delete icon beside the ‘Category’ that you want to remove (E.g. Training category).
2. A pop-up window will appear for confirmation. Click the ‘Confirm’ button to successfully delete the Category.
Note: You can also remove a Category from the ‘Edit Category’ section. You need to click the ‘Delete’ button and once a pop-up window appears, click the ‘Confirm’ button to save changes.
