1. Add a New Company Resource


1. Within ‘People’, navigate to the ‘Company Resources’ section and click on the ‘New Member’ button as shown below. This is the section where you can add and manage the Company Resources as well as their roles to various Company Projects.


2. Enter the New Member’s mandatory details in the form. Here are the mandatory input fields: ‘Email Address’, ‘Team’, ‘Position’, ‘From Date’, ‘To Date’, ‘Capacity’, ‘Project Associations’ and the ‘Project Role’. Once complete, click on the ‘Update’ button to save new resource.


3. To add up a new Project associated to the Resource, click on the ‘+ Add New Association’ link.
